Parent Grade Book Portal
If you have already set up an account to access the Grade Book Parent Portal, click the image on the left to get started.

If you have NOT set up and account, contact your school office or Rickey Vaughan 
to get a Portal ID number for each student that you wish to monitor. Once you receive your Portal ID numbers, read the instructions below on setting up your account. Once you are ready to start, click the image to the left or Click Here.
 
Parent Portal for Electronic Grade Book
We encourage you to setup an account ASAP and monitor your children's work and attendance. You will only need this Portal ID number to initially setup your account. After you get your account setup, you'll login with a user name and password that you are going to establish.

Click the "new User" link (See circled area on the image) to establish your user name and password. The user name and password are your own that you create. NOTE: Your user name and password must be 6 to 9 characters in length. In addition, your password must contain 3 of the 4 following requirements: Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation such as ? or !. The school does not create them for you. After you click "New User", you will get the screen below.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This screen is where you create a user name and password. Make sure you include your email address. In the near future, the system will send emails to you when your student(s) drop below a grade level or other criteria that you set.
After you have completed the above screen, click "Next". You will be taken to a screen where you enter the student portal ID number and birthdate. You can enter more than one portal ID on your login. After you enter the first portal ID, click "add". That student has been added and the portal ID number is blank. Enter the next student's info and click "add" again. Repeat this process until you have added all the portal IDs. Once that is complete, you have successfully setup your account. If you did not receive a letter with your Portal ID numbers, or have lost it, call your campus office at 903-994-2260 to request another.
After you finish this initial setup, you'll only need to enter your user name and password to access your student(s) account.
PLEASE NOTE: If you attempt to access the grade book but are unsuccessful, after three attempts you will be locked out. The portal will reset in 20 minutes and you can login then.
